Mike Staton did not expect his assignment to talk to local business owners and HR Directors about "Obamacare" to be a difficult one- but after one, and another, and another had no comment, or preferred not to be quoted, he wasn't quite sure he would have a story. Arbie Adkins of the SIA Insurance group, and who is working with the Town of Wallace and other employers to implement the program, did talk to him about the changes, and how companies are preparing for them.
